Digitisation of timesheets for 50,000+ Chevron contractors with ~$200m cost optimisation potential (Accenture). Organisational design across 13 subsidiaries of Eurasian Resources Group (~60,000 employees).

Transport sector and government regulation

More than a decade at Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport and Communications as group head for finance, tariffs, regulatory processes and international negotiations. Led transit tariff negotiations with the Russian Ministry of Transport, securing a 47% reduction on Kazakh oil exports. Renegotiated transit tariffs for freight through Kazakhstan to Western Europe, raising annual customs revenue by $234m.

Reform and consulting in transport

Centre for Strategic Initiatives: led a team of experts working with the EBRD and government bodies on the reform of KTZ’s tariff system. Provided technical expertise for the new regulatory framework of the Transport Committee. Analysed KTZ operational performance and developed optimisation recommendations. Designed a new revenue model for Astana International Airport.

Business development and corporate projects

Accenture, Deal Execution Manager: developed key accounts across oil and gas, banking and Samruk-Kazyna group companies, managing complex deals and delivery quality.
